Free Worldwide Shipping We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $69 USD. For orders below $69 USD, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 7–18 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website or via your Allcoly account.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or VAT that may be applicable in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are collected by the carrier or local customs authority upon delivery. We are unable to predict or control these fees. If you are unsure about your country's import regulations, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address, contact us at info@allcoly.com or WhatsApp +1 (201) 349-7873 as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect packages, and any reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
