Tracking FAQs
When will I receive my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped (typically within 1–3 business days of placing your order), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your order ships. If it still isn’t showing after 48 hours, please contact us at info@allcoly.com with your order number.
My order shows “delivered” but I haven’t received it.
Please check with neighbors or your building’s reception, and look for a delivery notice. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@allcoly.com or WhatsApp. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages.
