For maintenance, we recommend avoiding wearing these earrings while bathing, swimming, or participating in sweaty sports. It is also important to keep them away from chemical products to prevent corrosion. When not in use, simply wipe them clean and store them in a sealed container.

Rings - How To Find Your Perfect Fit

Our rings usually are available in 5 sizes. You may already know the ring size of the finger you want to wear your new ring on. If so, please check the table below to find the closest match. If your size is somewhere in between, we recommend that you size up rather than down. For example, if you know your index finger is a UK size O, check the UK size column in the table and you will see that O will be between N and P, so you will be between a medium and a large table. We recommend that you choose a large.

Necklaces - Where Our Chains Sit

Use the image below as a guide to where to hang our necklaces. Most of our designs come with multiple positions to secure around your neck for a perfect fit. For example, the chain can be 16" long with an extra jump ring at 17" and an extra jump ring at 18". This means you can find the perfect place to wear your necklace. All necklace lengths can be found in the details tab on the project page.

Package and Shipping

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.We currently ship to the US, UK, Canada, and select countries worldwide. You will receive your order in 10-15 business days from the date that it is placed by Standard shipping method.

For environmental protection reasons, we are avoiding excessive packaging and using environmentally friendly materials for packaging as much as possible.

ORDER PROCESS
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible.
Orders will be processed within 1-3 days of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

SHIPPING TIME
For US orders, it usually takes 7-15 business days to receive the product after we processed the order. For orders outside of US, it usually takes 10-20 business days to receive the package.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

TRACKING
As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

DELIVERY
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, lots of orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

What happens if I still not receive my order after 30 days?
Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.

About tax
Taxes may apply to imported goods/services and are subject to national laws. If the goods cannot be received normally due to other tax issues such as customs duties, please contact the local customs for customs clearance and tax information. ALLCOLY is not responsible for any tax invoices charged by its products

Notice:We will make our best effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to issues including invalid addresses and custom clearance problems, or Force Majeure such as COVID-19.

Support 14-Day Return

RETURNS:


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please be aware, the customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns, and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable. 
We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, scratched, or damaged.
Allcoly Jewelry doesn't cover the cost of return shipping and is not liable for items lost during return shipping. 
We are unable to refund the cost of shipping for your original order.

RETURNS FOR EARRINGS:We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items discounted more than 50% ,personalized items, or gift cards. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

To start a return, you can sent an E-mail to us:  info@allcoly.com(or yxbr99@gmail.com).  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Allcoly does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee the successful delivery of your return. 
If your return is accepted, we will send you further information as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.
