RETURNS:


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please be aware, the customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns, and shipping/handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable. 
We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, scratched, or damaged.
Allcoly Jewelry doesn't cover the cost of return shipping and is not liable for items lost during return shipping. 
We are unable to refund the cost of shipping for your original order.

RETURNS FOR EARRINGS:We are unable to accept returns for earrings due to health and hygiene reasons.


European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items discounted more than 50% ,personalized items, or gift cards. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.



Return Instructions

To start a return, you can sent an E-mail to us:  info@allcoly.com(or yxbr99@gmail.com).  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
Allcoly does not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method to guarantee the successful delivery of your return. 
If your return is accepted, we will send you further information as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
